According to the provisions of the Public Health Code, contracts entered into by chiropodists-podiatrists as part of their professional practice must be communicated to the Order. The Guide to chiropodist-podiatrist contracts is intended for all practitioners and particularly for new entrants to the profession.
Podiatrists, like doctors, dental surgeons and midwives, are required by the Public Health Code to draw up in writing all contracts and amendments relating to the exercise of the profession.
The Guide to Chiropodist Contracts brings together all the useful models, accompanied by comments presenting, depending on the contract, the legislative framework, the conditions and clauses to be taken into account or the supporting documents to be collected.
This guide is likely to evolve over time: additions of new tools or updates induced by new publications of legislative and/or regulatory texts.... Each version is the subject of work by the Commission of modes of exercise, the lawyers of the Order and benefits from the expertise of our State advisers, and is approved in a meeting of the National Council.
